We provide comprehensive tour marketing to your students and their parents. Our experience has taught us that a presentation works to create excitement among students and get buy-in from their parents. We showcase each destination and accompanying excursions via multimedia and pictures. It is a great way to ascertain interest without any obligation, even if you are only considering a tour.
Communication and Tour Administration
Our staff communicates directly with parents and is on hand to answer any questions they may have. We will handle all administrative tasks, keep track of the students who have registered for your tour and keep you updated throughout.

Travel Documents
We will indicate in our quotation if a visa is required for the particular destination, and if so, at what price. Furthermore, we will give you information about the timeframe and the procedures for applying for visas.

Departure assistance
An experienced Tripto.Travel representative will assist you with all group check-in procedures at the airport.
Flights
We will secure the best possible economy flights for each tour. Having good relationships with major airlines allows us to negotiate the most competitive fares and flight connections.
Tour Manager
On all international tours, a local tour manager will meet you on arrival and will remain with you for the duration of the tour. The Tour Manager will handle all aspects of the tour, so you and your students can focus on enjoying the experience.
Accommodation
Location, cleanliness, safety, and comfort are all taken into account when selecting accommodation. As standard, we use accommodation that has a 3-star rating, unless otherwise requested. All accommodation is screened by us or our travel partner at your destination.
Transport
Tours include private coach hire throughout. We only make use of top-notch, air-conditioned executive coaches. All empty runs, driver lodging and meals are included. On some tours, we may recommend and include public transport, so you and your students can experience city commuting like the locals do.
Meals
Breakfasts and dinners are included as standard on all tours and your dietary requirements are taken into account. Dinners are usually at unique, local restaurants allowing you to sample local cuisine. Lunches can also be included based on your preferences.
School & University Visits
On request, we can arrange informative foreign university or school visits. Campus tours are often led by students, giving you a look inside campus life. In our experience, these visits offer a great deal more than cultural exposure, and they are extremely enjoyable.
Educational Tour Activities and Excursions
Depending on your preferences, each itinerary will incorporate a variety of educational and fun activities. Tripto.Travel Tour Experts are well-equipped to evaluate your needs and recommend excursions that are right for you.
Sport Matches, Coaching and Training Sessions
For sports tours, we can include coaching and training sessions as required. Your team is carefully matched against opponents. In a typical international sports tour, 3 to 6 games are played over 2 weeks (depending on the sport).
